Catholic Bishops' Conference of Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei
OFFICE BEARERS – PRESIDENTS
The constitution of the Catholic Bishops; Conference of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei states that all office bearers shall hold office for two years, and may be re-elected when their term expires. Office bearers shall be elected by absolute majority in a secret vote.
Presidents
The role of the president is to convene and preside over the meeting. He shall deal in the name of the Conference, with the Holy See, other Episcopal Conferences and international episcopal institutions. He shall propose matters for the meeting and institute the voting.
